PROBLEM

Patient was in an accident involving the four front teeth. The two lateral incisors were protruded requiring orthodontics to re- align them prior to treatment. Unaesthetic front crowns.

 

SOLUTION

Root Canal Therapy, Bleaching, Four Crowns 

 

DISTINCTION 

Ideally, orthodontics was required to align the laterals for the optimal cosmetic result.  Without the orthodontics, the central incisors would have to be a little larger than we would like. The patient declined orthodontics, and instead opted to do the best we could. Compromises sometimes occur and a very pleasing cosmetic result can still be achieved.
