Patient unhappy with smile

 

SOLUTION

Asymmetry, Bruxism, Congenitally missing anterior lateral teeth. Orthodontics followed by bleaching and all porcelain crowns.

 

DISTINCTION 

Distinction: This was a very complex case which required a large commitment from the patient in order for it to ultimately be successful. The patient maintained that commitment and now has reaped the lifelong benefits of a beautiful smile, and a functionally healthy mouth.
